The information, services, and materials provided through ReColour Visualiser (a trading name of Trade Growth Group Limited, Company No. 14772958) are intended for professional use by kitchen respray companies and are provided strictly subject to the terms below.

1. Visual Accuracy
The ReColour Visualiser is designed to provide illustrative previews only.
Colours, finishes, and textures displayed may vary depending on:
- Screen calibration and resolution,
- Lighting conditions in uploaded photos.
- material surfaces and paint finishes.
We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of colour or finish representation. Always confirm with an official paint sample before commencing work.

2. No Guarantee of Results
The tool is designed to support customer decision-making, but we make no guarantee of increased job win rates, customer conversions, or business success.
We accept no liability if a homeowner or customer chooses not to proceed after viewing a visualisation.

3. Usage Restrictions
One (1) image upload per submission.Images may only be processed if you hold an active paid subscription. If no active plan exists, the submission will not be processed.Image processing runs only between 08:00 – 20:00 GMT. Submissions outside these hours will be processed the next working day.
Uploaded images must belong to you (the user) or your customer. You may not upload copyrighted, offensive, or unlawful material.

4. Image Ownership
Uploaded images remain the property of the original owner.ReColour Visualiser does not claim ownership, resale, or redistribution rights.Images will not be used for marketing or promotional purposes without your prior written consent.

5. Payments & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe on an automatic monthly renewal basis until cancelled.Payments are non-refundable once taken.If a trial is not cancelled before expiry, the first month’s payment will be collected and the subscription will continue until cancellation.Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of access to the service.

6. Limitation of Liability
ReColour Visualiser is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.We are not responsible for:Loss of business, missed opportunities, or jobs not secured,Errors in customer decision-making based on visuals,Downtime, delays, or system errors,Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.Our total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

7. Suspension & Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for misuse, breach of terms, or non-payment.Access may also be suspended for maintenance or updates.

8. Governing Law
This Disclaimer and your use of the ReColour Visualiser are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By using the ReColour Visualiser, you acknowledge and agree to this Disclaimer, alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
