refund + cancellations

Subscriptions & Billing
‍ReColour Visualiser operates on a monthly subscription basis billed via Stripe.
All subscriptions auto-renew monthly until cancelled by the account holder.

‍Free Trial
‍A 7-day free trial is available for new subscribers.
If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, the first month’s payment will be taken and the subscription will continue until cancellation.

‍Cancellations
‍You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
No further payments will be taken once you have cancelled.

refunds
‍Payments are non-refundable.We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months, unused features, or failure to cancel before renewal.

‍Account Suspension
‍Non-payment or failed transactions will result in immediate suspension of your account until payment is successfully collected.
