These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set out the agreement between you (“you”, “your”, “user” or “customer”) and Trade Growth Group Limited (company number 14772958), trading as ReColour Visualiser (“we”, “our”, “us”). Our registered office is C/O Vantage Accounting, 1 Cedar Office Park, Cobham Road, Wimborne, United Kingdom, BH21 7SB.

By creating an account, subscribing, or using the ReColour Visualiser service (“Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Service.

1. The Service
ReColour Visualiser provides visual mock-ups of kitchens in different paint colours and finishes for illustrative purposes only. The visuals are intended to give homeowners or customers a realistic idea of what their kitchen could look like in a chosen colour. The visuals are not a guarantee of final results, which may vary depending on lighting, surface material, paint finish, and other conditions.Processing of submitted images takes place only between 8am–8pm GMT.

2. Eligibility & Accounts
To use the Service, you must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for keeping your account details and login credentials secure.We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these Terms or at our discretion.

3. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed via Stripe and auto-renew monthly until cancelled.A 7-day free trial is provided for new subscribers. If you do not cancel before the end of the trial, you will be charged for the first month and future renewals. No refunds will be given for unused periods or failure to cancel before renewal.If payment fails, your account will be suspended until payment is successfully collected.

4. Uploads & Image Processing
You may upload one image per submission.Images submitted without an active paid plan will not be processed. You must only upload images you own or have permission to use.You must not upload any unlawful, offensive, or infringing content.We reserve the right to reject or remove any uploaded content.

5. Intellectual Property
Uploaded photos remain the property of the customer. The generated visualisations are provided for personal or business use only to assist with respray services. Visualisations may not be resold, redistributed, or used to generate additional income outside of their intended purpose. The ReColour Visualiser platform, software, and all related content remain our intellectual property.

6. No Guarantee of Results
While our tool is designed to improve customer confidence, we make no guarantee that you will win jobs, increase sales, or achieve business growth through use of the Service.We are not liable if customers decide not to proceed after viewing a visualisation.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties.Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.We will not be liable for: Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities.Paint outcomes or differences between the visualisation and real-world results. Jobs not won or business lost. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, misuse the Service, or at our discretion.Upon termination, you must stop using the Service and delete any visualisations from your systems.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
